Opening Boxes V: More Troy, 3k and African boxes

I have increased the sample of reward boxes opened. On 2012-01-09 I have opened lots of boxes of my favourite three kinds. I have also updated the prices for the drops as of 2012-01-09. Here are the results:

As you can see, the hypothesis that about 50% of the drops are coins is still not contradicted. The slight change in box value is in the range of statistical variance, so the rule of thumb (9 gc per Troy/3k box, 16 gc per African box) is still usuable.
Oh, and please ignore the “x” in the last column of the African table.

That is too simple a conclusion. The best run so far is Battle Of The Red Cliff. You get about 270 Atlantica Gold Coins (=945 M gold) for one run. But then African missions are coming up, with Last Stand and Last Battle mixed in between.
assuming you can solo everything, the order of “profitable” tbs runs from top1 to top10.
Red cliff, dogon defense, spirit god, revenge of spirits, unification, Last stand, Last battle, desecration, journey home, summoning the wind or (watever 8 africa box runs).
last stand = desecration/journey home if all are coins, but the overall value takes a hit when you get junk for africa boxes so last stand trumps in the long run tho a lucky streak at desecration/journey can sometimes top last stand.
same would apply with summoning the wind and the 8 africa box runs.
the rest..are er…not worth mentioning
According to the average value of 9 coins per box for Troy and 3K, and 16 coins for Africa:
Last Stand gives 34 more coins (+119M) than any 8 box africa, but africa gives better loot(divine/nix/dg boxes) and is a lot easier to solo for a 140+. I still prefer the africa 8 boxes than last battle or summoning the wind.
